With your permission we will request everyone we are assigned to protect, medical needs and concerns such as; blood type, required medications, names, and contact information for physicians and preferred hospitals. This is necessary to ensure that we will be able to get them to the nearest and preferred the medical facility should they become ill or hurt due to an accident.
We will conduct a Risk Assessment Survey of your residence and at your business so we can identify any potential risk.
Establish a command post on your property managed by our security personnel who will be fully informed about all individuals authorized to be on your property and who will be verified by a current photo gallery. Continual updates will be ongoing as necessary.
Examine all vehicles used by you, your family members and staff. We will check to make certain that emergency road equipment is inside all vehicles, along with first aid kits and state-of-the-art two-way radios (for high valued personnel) plus an emergency disaster kit. Vehicles are periodically examined for explosives.
Your corporate security bodyguard team will have an evacuation plan for your residence and office. If available, a safe room will be established in all of your residences and offices if possible. The nearest emergency hospitals will be mapped, along with the safest and fastest ingress and egress routes.
Electronic counter surveillance surveys will be routinely conducted for listening devices and telephone taps in all of your residences and offices.
Conduct in-depth Background Investigations on anyone you are not completely familiar with who is scheduled to meet with you and all personnel considered for hire.
Consult with you to ascertain how you prefer your Bodyguards to conform to your comfort zone. We will ask if you prefer a non-obtrusive approach (in the background) or would you rather have an overt, (close-in presence?) Whatever your preference is, it will be followed, and will only change should a situation develop where there is a clear and present danger to your safety.
